Conference Mentoring Program

The New Members Round Table has started a conference mentoring program to bring people together at NCLA.
You're a potential mentee if:
  • You're a new librarian
  • You've never been to NCLA before
  • You're a library school student
  • You want to meet someone who works in a type of library you work in or are interested in
  • You're interested in informally meeting someone new
You're a potential mentor if:
  • You've been to a conference
  • You work in a library
  • You enjoy talking to people who are new to the profession
  • You're interested in informally meeting someone new
If any of these sound like you, please sign up. You can meet your mentor/mentee at the NMRT breakfast on Wednesday or at some other time of your choosing. Feel free to spend as much time together as you'd like. You may want to:
  • Go to a session together
  • Have coffee or a meal
  • Wander the exhibits/poster sessions together
It's a great chance to make a new friend! Mentors can sign up here and mentees here
